David Farrell

David has obtained a BScA, MScA, PhD in his academic life and is a Honorary Research Consultant at the School of Land, Crop and Food Sciences at University of Queensland, St. Lucia, Qld. in Australia. It is David’s unique background and a multitude of experiences that have eminently qualified him to write this book.

His interest in people’s health and the role of wealth, the drug companies and medical services in our society, our eating habits and his lifelong interest in food, diet and nutrition, encouraged him to research and write, over a period of five years, this fully referenced and indexed book.
